Vol. 04 · Questions

Common questions

Can I upload my fundamentals lecture slides?

Yes. Add your slides, skills checklists, or notes (PDF, PPTX, DOCX) and Lily builds questions on the foundations: the nursing process (ADPIE), the five rights of medication administration, standard precautions, and sterile versus clean technique.

I'm a first-semester student. Is this right for me?

Fundamentals is where many students start. Skills such as prioritizing with Maslow and ABCs, delegating correctly, and thinking before you act carry into later nursing courses. Practicing them in question form helps you spot gaps early.

Does this cover vital signs and physical assessment?

Yes. If your material covers vital signs, head-to-toe assessment, or physical exam technique, Lily builds questions on it: which reading to report, normal versus abnormal findings, and the order of a focused assessment.

Can I also use this for my NCLEX® prep later?

Yes. Safety, infection control, and the nursing process are tested on the NCLEX®. You can practice them from your class materials now and continue with adaptive NCLEX® practice later in the same account.
