Vol. 01 · How It Works

Show up. Answer.
Keep the streak.

One PN question, every day. Each day a new NCLEX-PN®-style question goes live, drawn from our PN pool and rotating across body systems. Weighted to the 2026 NCLEX-PN® test plan, not the RN one.

Written to LPN scope. The questions focus on practical nursing responsibilities: collaborate, reinforce, monitor, and escalate.

Read the full rationale. Each rationale explains the correct answer and why the other options do not fit.

One streak, either exam. Your streak counts the days you show up. Get it wrong and it still counts. Miss a day and it resets. Answering both the PN and RN question in a day counts once, so you cannot pad it.

Vol. 02 · What It Covers

The PN plan,
not the RN one.

The PN and RN plans share category names but weight them differently. Coordinated Care carries more of the PN exam than Management of Care does on the RN. Physiological Adaptation carries less. Questions here follow the PN distribution.

  • Coordinated Care21%
  • Pharmacological Therapies13%
  • Safety & Infection Control13%
  • Reduction of Risk Potential12%
  • Psychosocial Integrity12%
  • Basic Care & Comfort10%
  • Physiological Adaptation10%
  • Health Promotion & Maintenance9%

Percentages are the midpoints of the 2026 NCLEX-PN® test plan bands.
