Educational Use Only

Lily provides educational support and NCLEX®-style revision tools. It is not a substitute for clinical judgment, professional medical advice, or official NCLEX® content.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Lily. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You may not abuse, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the platform. You may not upload content you do not have rights to use. We may suspend accounts involved in abuse or policy violations.

Subscriptions and Billing

Lily offers one subscription plan:

• Full Access: $9.99/month after a 7-day free trial

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis through our payment processor, LemonSqueezy. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the start of the next billing cycle.

You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@studywithlily.com. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Lily offers a 7-day free trial that starts when you sign up. No credit card is required to begin the trial. To continue Full Access after the trial ends, you can add billing details before the next paid month begins.

Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, contact support@studywithlily.com within 7 days of the charge for a review. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. Lily does not directly store credit card or payment card information. By subscribing, you also agree to LemonSqueezy's terms of service.

Subscription management, including upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation, is handled through your account settings.

User Content and License

Lily content, software, and branding are protected. You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant Lily limited rights to host, process, and display it only as needed to operate and improve the service.

When you upload study materials or connect Google Drive, your content is processed to extract text, generate embeddings, and create personalized questions. Your uploaded content is sent to third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude, Voyage AI) for processing. We apply automated PII masking to strip personal identifiers before transmission. You represent that you have the right to use any content you upload and that it does not infringe on third-party rights. You may delete your uploaded materials at any time through your account settings.

AI-Generated Content

Question and rationale outputs are generated by AI and may contain errors. You are responsible for independent verification and should not rely on Lily for medical or patient-care decisions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Lily is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lily and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to your use of the service shall not exceed the total amounts paid by you to Lily in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Study with Lily LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the service, content you upload, or your violation of these terms.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, abuse, legal requirements, or security risks.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app settings or by emailing support@studywithlily.com. Upon account termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, though cancellation of a paid subscription follows the billing cycle terms above.

In-app account deletion removes your profile, study sessions, and performance data. Some records (such as payment history and security logs) may be retained as required by law. To request complete deletion of all data including authentication records, contact privacy@studywithlily.com. See our Privacy Policy for full retention details.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Phoenix, Arizona. Each party shall bear its own costs, except that Lily will cover AAA filing fees for claims under $10,000. Claims that qualify for small claims court in Maricopa County, Arizona may be brought there instead of arbitration. You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes and Availability

We may update features, policies, and these terms over time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after updates means acceptance of revised terms.

Intellectual Property and Trademarks

NCLEX® is a registered trademark of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. (NCSBN®). Lily is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NCSBN.

All practice questions and study materials provided by Lily are independently created original content. Our questions are designed to help students prepare for nursing licensure examinations but are not actual test items and do not come from any official examination source.

All content on this platform, including question banks, rationales, and study materials, is protected by copyright and owned by Lily or its content providers. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.

Copyright and DMCA

If you believe content on Lily infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at legal@studywithlily.com with: (1) a description of the copyrighted work, (2) the location of the allegedly infringing material, (3) your contact information, (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, and (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf. We will respond to valid DMCA notices and may remove or disable access to the material.

General Provisions

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Study with Lily LLC regarding your use of the service.
