Study With Lily provides educational support and NCLEX®-style revision tools. It is not a substitute for clinical judgment, professional medical advice, or official NCLEX® content.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Study With Lily. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

You may not abuse, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the platform. You may not upload content you do not have rights to use. We may suspend accounts involved in abuse or policy violations.

Study With Lily offers a free plan and three ways to pay for Full Access:

• Free: 1 class, 150 total practice questions a month, including up to 30 Coursework questions (measured over a rolling 30-day window), and unlimited Group Quiz with classmates and one solo room a day. No payment required.
• Full Access Monthly: billed at $15/month on a recurring basis. It auto-renews unless cancelled before the start of the next billing cycle. An optional 3-day trial is available at checkout and requires a card on file. Billing begins when the trial ends unless you cancel first, which you can do from your account settings at any time.
• Full Access 4-Month: one payment of $50 for 4 months of access. It does not renew and there are no further charges. If you buy another term while one is active, the new months are added to the end of your existing access.
• Full Access Lifetime: one payment of $120. Access continues until 4 years after purchase or 90days after you report passing the NCLEX®, whichever comes first. There are no renewals or further charges.

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@studywithlily.com. Upon cancellation, you keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

30-day money-back guarantee. Every paid plan includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Study With Lily is not working for you, email support@studywithlily.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full. This applies to monthly, 4-month, and lifetime purchases. Refunds are issued to your original payment method through LemonSqueezy and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.

Outside the 30-day window, payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel future billing at any time and keep access through the end of your paid period.

All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. Study With Lily does not directly store credit card or payment card information. By subscribing or purchasing, you also agree to LemonSqueezy's terms of service. Subscription management, including upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation, is handled through your account settings.

Paid Full Access includes a pass guarantee. If you take the NCLEX® while your access is active and do not pass, we extend your access at no charge so you can keep practicing for your retake. An approved claim adds 4 months of Full Access to the end of whatever paid access you already have.

A claim qualifies when all of the following are true:

• Your NCLEX® exam date was recorded in your account when you purchased, and that date is at least 30 days after your purchase date. We snapshot the date at purchase, so editing it later does not change eligibility.
• You answered at least 1,000 practice questions on Study With Lily before your exam attempt.
• You provide official documentation of the result, such as your Candidate Performance Report or official result notice.
• The attempt took place after your purchase date.

Limits: at most 2 approved claims per purchase, and no extension reaches past 4 years from the original purchase date. Lifetime access is not extended by a claim, because it already covers the retake window described in the Billing section.

To make a claim, email support@studywithlily.com with your documentation. The guarantee terms in force when you purchased are the ones that apply to that purchase. Later changes to this section never apply retroactively.

Study With Lily content, software, and branding are protected. You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant Study With Lily limited rights to host, process, and display it only as needed to operate and improve the service.

When you upload study materials or connect Google Drive, your content is processed to extract text, build embeddings, and create personalized practice questions. Uploaded content is handled by third-party processors: LlamaParse extracts text from your files, Anthropic builds practice content, and Voyage AI creates search embeddings. We apply automated PII masking to strip personal identifiers from extracted text before it is used to build practice content or embeddings. You represent that you have the right to use any content you upload and that it does not infringe on third-party rights. You may delete your uploaded materials at any time through your account settings.

Instructors can create a cohort on Study With Lily and share an invite code. If you redeem an invite code, you give us permission to share your name, email, and join date with the instructor who owns that cohort, along with cohort-wide aggregate statistics. Individual scores, question-level activity, and time-on-task are not shared with instructors. You must confirm enrollment before we write any data to the cohort roster, and you can leave a cohort from Settings at any time. Practice questions and rationales are built using intelligent technology and reviewed for clinical accuracy. They may contain errors. You are responsible for independent verification and should not rely on Study With Lily for medical or patient-care decisions.

Study With Lily is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Study With Lily and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to your use of the service shall not exceed the total amounts paid by you to Study With Lily in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Study With Lily LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the service, content you upload, or your violation of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, abuse, legal requirements, or security risks.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app settings or by emailing support@studywithlily.com. Upon account termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, though cancellation of a paid subscription follows the billing cycle terms above.

In-app account deletion removes your profile, study sessions, and performance data. Some records (such as payment history and security logs) may be retained as required by law. To request complete deletion of all data including authentication records, contact privacy@studywithlily.com. See our Privacy Policy for full retention details.

Any disputes arising from these terms will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Phoenix, Arizona. Each party shall bear its own costs, except that Study With Lily will cover AAA filing fees for claims under $10,000. Claims that qualify for small claims court in Maricopa County, Arizona may be brought there instead of arbitration. You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update features, policies, and these terms over time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after updates means acceptance of revised terms.

NCLEX® is a registered trademark of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. (NCSBN®). Study With Lily is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NCSBN.

All practice questions and study materials provided by Study With Lily are independently created original content. Our questions are designed to help students prepare for nursing licensure examinations but are not actual test items and do not come from any official examination source.

All content on this platform, including question banks, rationales, and study materials, is protected by copyright and owned by Study With Lily or its content providers. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.

If you believe content on Study With Lily infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at legal@studywithlily.com with: (1) a description of the copyrighted work, (2) the location of the allegedly infringing material, (3) your contact information, (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, and (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf. We will respond to valid DMCA notices and may remove or disable access to the material.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Each revision of these terms carries a version identifier. The current version is pricing-v2-2026-08-01. When you purchase, we record the version in force and the time you accepted it alongside your purchase record. The billing, refund, and guarantee terms of that version govern that purchase even if these terms change later.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Study With Lily LLC regarding your use of the service.
