60-Minute Study Group Agenda
Unstructured group study drifts into comparing notes and complaining about the exam. This agenda keeps one hour honest: everyone retrieves, everyone teaches, everyone leaves with an assignment.
Bring one copy per person to every group session.
Target topic
Date / members
Set the target
Pick ONE topic for the session and write it below. A group that studies "everything for the exam" studies nothing.
Warm-up quiz
5 to 10 questions on the target topic, answered solo and closed-book. Group Quiz with a room code works, or one member reads questions aloud. Score honestly.
Teach-backs
Each person takes one concept the quiz exposed and teaches it in 3 minutes, no notes. Teaching is the fastest way to find out you do not actually know it.
Weak-spot drill
Re-quiz only what the group missed. Talk through the reasoning for every answer, right or wrong: what made the correct option correct and each distractor wrong.
Wrap and assign
Each person writes one thing to re-test solo this week and the group sets the next session's target topic. Then stop. Ending on time is why people come back.
